Post by: Nesto619 on May 30, 2012, 09:17:28 PM
Ernesto from San Diego, CA.

I haven't made any cheese yet, but I can wait to start. I am new to the cheese world but I love to create new things. I look foward to getting and sharing ideas and welcome any knowledge anyone wishes to share.

Hi Ernesto

Welcome to a great forum. Probably the best way to start is to make a simple soft cheese to get an idea of the different skills involved. You will get lots of help here!!

Welcome Ernesto. This can be a fun and addictive hobby so many little things to get a handle on and so many different cheeses to make.
