Title: Hello from Illinois
Post by: mollybelle on June 09, 2012, 02:02:31 PM
Hi, just found this site :) I'm a beginner cheesemaker with a herd of grassfed Jersey/Guernsey/Brown Swiss cows! I would have more experience with cheesemaking if I didn't have so much work to do with the cows, but at least I have all the milk I need to experiment with!

Welcome Mollybelle!
If you want learn about cheese making you're in the right place.  Kind and passionate people that really know their stuff.  Check out the Wiki articles first.  So much that you need to know is already there.
What a wealth of potential cheese you have with your cows!  I hope you get the time to start production soon.  What did you want to start with?  How far are you with basic equipment?
  Cheers, Nathan
