Hi Everyone!!!!I am in the Cocoa Beach area. I am a retired military pilot whol learned to love cheese in Italy and Spain. It is great to see there are others in central florida. My hope is to make cheese with others in the area. Here is my first effort in quite a while from last weekend- easy feta.
