Caldwell Cheesemaking Class in April - In Sacramento California

So excited!! Looking forward to taking a 2-day class with Gianaclis Caldwell in April. We are to make cheese on day one, using different kinds of milk, and then day two is all on affinage!

Come back with all the good oil !! That is wonderful.  I wonder if she'll consider coming DownUnder for a Holiday ?   The Dollar is pretty good at the moment  :o

It will be in Sacramento, CA April 17 and 18. Day one is cheesemaking with 3 kinds of milk, and day two is affinage!

Ozzie, you asked if she would ever consider coming to Australia...  You never know without asking! She mentioned having been in Lithuania and in Argentina to speak to cheesemakers who had asked her to come.... Her book has sold all over the world, and I have the impression that she really enjoys communicating her love of cheesemaking!
