any feedbacks is appreciated  ;)

Went on window shopping earlier and i found this sweet Wine Cellar/Fridge

It cost 1.1k MYR .. about 282 USD
before buying ..i really need to know how to control the RH  :-[

10 C is the cool side but you could likely get 13 C without much effort.

The RH is an issue regardless of what cooler you buy.

I would be proud to own it.

Somewhere, some long time ago, milk decided to reach toward immortality... and to call itself cheese.

say that I bought the display ...
any method to increase the RH? I know most chiller is low on the RH spectrum ....any method (reliable) to increase its RH?

Add something to inject humidity and a controller.  Look in the Cheese Cave forum here for lots of examples.

I added both a temperature control and a humidity control and humidifier to a mini-fridge as a cave. That would work for you as well and you could easily keep the temperature at 55F and the humidity anywhere you want.

Looks like a real sweet cheese cave.

i've been wanting to ask this but is it possible to time the humidifier ?
say the "cave" RH drops to 60% then the humidifier will "humidifies" the cave to reach around 85% and then it will stop spraying... <-- not sure if i mention this correctly but yeah..

basically a mechanicsm that can read the RH and tells the humidifier to spray water when the RH drops and stop the humidifier when it reaches the set RH.

Is it possible for me to do that?

Yes you can control humidity in your cave. Check out the Cheese Cave forum.

There are lots of posts on how to do this.
