Evaporated or powdered goats milk

Hello all,

Been doing my studying.  Getting ready to start this weekend with some queso blanco.  While doing the studying I noticed that a lot of the interesting cheeses are made from goats milk.  During the reading I saw that powdered cow's milk can be used sometimes.  Is this true of goat's?  Amazon has both Evaporated or powdered goats milk.
