The 250 Gallon vat is a vintage wood lined vat with Stainless interior. Tilting mount, agitator with controller are included. I never used the vat, bought it used. Van't Riet representative inspected it and declared it sound, but needing a few tweaks in the controller. The press in wood, three bays of presses. Stable and looking good. I also have many cheese forms that are included. This is not set up for pasteurization, just cheese making. email
