First Feta

I wanted to make a quick cheese last night after chores, and had approx 2 gallons of milk from the evening milking, so decided on a Feta, I want to have a crumbly one. Hopefully it will turn out - right now it is good.  Here are some photos, I cut into pieces and salted, and it is now on the counter drying before going into a brine.
