I've been reading it from quite some time, and finally decided to join.
I'm from Abbott, a little town in the Buenos Aires province, in the amazing country of Argentina
My family has always been in the dairy business and after some ups and downs, and the closing of the family factory (shared with aunts, cousins and all that, big mistake
) we decided to give it a go with my father, just us, but with a different approach: no mass production but instead focus on artisan cheese of good quality.
We will be starting with the cheeses we know how to make: Pategras, Sardo, Mozzarella, and stuff
. I want to learn to make some French cheeses, but that's away in my journey for the moment.
I hope to be around here for some time, to help and ask a LOOOOT of questions.
