My first Parmesan cheese

We broke open our first home-made Parmesan today after 6 months in the cheese cave. Wow! It tastes much better than the supermarket Parmesan. Its flavour is more complex; it's sharper and nuttier than the store-bought product.

Nice job! Good photography too. If you need some help with, er, evaluating your cheese, do let me know.
