A Class.... "Cheesemaking: the Art, the Science, the Technology"
« on: September 06, 2019, 11:09:15 PM »
I signed up for this class in Petaluma CA on September 24 and 25. I don't know how many openings there are for participants, but it sure sounds good...

A little distant for me,  but I look forward to hearing the report!

Hey this looks really great, wish I could attend!  We're so busy this fall with usual farm harvest, plus family reunions squeezed in.  I'm glad to know UC Davis is heading up this sort of thing.  I see now that Cal Poly SLO, where I attended "back in the day", now has a cheese making unit as part of their dairy operations...kinda makes me want to go back to college!

I do hope you find the time to let us know how it went!
