Look back at 2020 cheese year
« on: January 01, 2021, 04:33:08 PM »
Happy first day of 2021, it's also first batch of 2021 for me.

Attached is my cave as it sits currently it's been a busy year, starting in my I've been doing 1 batch a week.  Three batches of casualty gouda but the rest or acceptable.  Mostly making a jack offshot some cheddar  an alpine style, and one batch of provolone style.
Happy cheese new year
Chet
Hope this year is as good for cheese as last.
