Aging container

I am trying to make my small cave more efficient
I purchased some clear plastic clamshell containers. They would up to a Camembert size cheese
I would like your thoughts
Dumb or not?

I hope it's not dumb because I am doing the same thing!  I even have made cheese molds by taking plastic containers and punching holes in them.  Works very well, I WOULD say.  For a"follower, I take the plastic lid and cut it so it fits inside the container.  This works great for things that are lightly pressed.

Of course, I am a newb so...
