Steak Spice in Havarti ?

I just purchased some Havarti cheese with Steak Spice, and it is delicious.... The next time we make Havarti, I would like to try this.... I was wondering if any of you have made this, and how much steak spice you would recommend for a 2 gallon - 9 litre make?.... What spice did you use, and did you add anything else?....

The cheese we bought, by Arla, looks like it has small pieces of red pepper in it.... It is a new flavour, and isn't even on their website yet!.... Google had a link to a facebook site by Jensen, but we don't do Facebook, but the link mentioned "red pepper, garlic and spices".... Any suggestions?....

My first thought is to use Montreal Steak Spice.... When we made our Dill Havarti we used 2 tsp. in our 8.5 litre make, and that was about perfect for our taste.... Should we use about the same amount, more, or less?....

All suggestions welcome....  8)
