Cleaning Kadova molds

Is there a technique, a tool or a trick to separate the upper mesh liner from the bottom of the follower for cleaning? Surprise to us that you can take it apart.

I don't know if it can be taken apart, but most cheese makers use enzymatic cleaner (specific for dairy equipment) or chlorinated dairy detergent to clean molds. Both of those dissolve residual protein.
