Hi everyone.
Does anyone have any clues about how a cheese like Mendicrim (made by Sancor in Argentina) is made?

I've never had it, but based on what I see on the internet, it appears to just be a brand of cream cheese.  Any cream cheese recipe should do.  Here's one that should be good: https://cheesemaking.com/products/cream-cheese-recipe
