First successful Mozarella!
« on: June 11, 2023, 01:43:20 PM »
For years and multiple attempts, I have NEVER managed to make Mozzarella. until now!!!

ta da!!!

Success is due to two factors:

1.   Milk from a local dairy that is not homogenized and is pasteurized at low temps; and
2.   simple recipe from Serious Eats

Phew - I was starting to wonder if I will EVER surmount that particular problem!!!

Evidently your cheese is erotic, imgur has it flagged as 18+

Congratulations!

I, too, have avoided the Mozzarella make for years - you inspire me to try!
