I haven't signed on in such a long while, but I didn't realize it had been over 2 years.
I've just been making cheese as usual, but I've also started distilling my own spirits from all the fruit here on the farm. With all that (and the pandemic) I just got away from the forum.
I was shocked to see it had been so long.
I signed in to see if there had been any new updates/info on Appenzeller as I wanted to try a different approach from that I've been using.
Fun to see so many new names; sad to see that some seemed to have disappeared.
