Camembert with Blue
«

Hi Everyone,
I'm sure this has been asked a million times, I just couldn't find it when I searched.
I have a small fridge cave in which I am aging a blue. Can a camembert coexist and flourish with a blue in its midst?
Thanks,
Z

I can't see why not. You can make a white brie style cheese with a blue interior.
