Hi Windflower, welcome, the Search tool works really well if you are looking for something specific, if you are looking for general things, browse to the applicable forum and then click on Subject at top of that Board to sort all the topics, for example to learn about Salt, go to Ingredients - Other, click on Subject, then scroll down to Salt.

What part of MN?  I grew up in Albert Lea and all the rest of my family is still there.  I now live in West Central Wisconsin.

I'm in a southern burb of Minneapolis. My dream is to buy land around River Falls, where I went to school. We've been looking for 5 years and haven't been able to find the "right" parcel.
