Hello everyone. This site is terrific! I guess I'm a newbie with a twist (or a twisted newbie)
. I've tried the 30 minute mozzarella, nice, but turned to goo after a few hours. I've tried queso as well and that came out just fine. My twist is...we decided to 'grow' our own cheese. We have six goats, five of which are pregnant, one of which is going to pop any second, so we're going to have fresh goat milk to play with.
I have a wonderful mentor as a guide and I can't wait to dive into your site!
