Does anyone know what to make/do with bies milk (First week after she had a calf's milk) ?
Is there perhaps a special cheese or something that can be made thereof?
Ps. I'm considering leaving my current occupation to make cheese on a full scale. I am getting alot more orders than wexpected. Currently abour 80Kg of cheese a month & I didn't even approach all the restaurants that I did business with in the past. I'm busy building a big cheese vat to help me out & as time goes on I hope to upgrade the business to it's full potential.
