Looking for "Chitarra" for cutting curd to make Caciocavallo.

Would anyone know where I could buy one of these Stainless Steel Chitarra's? I have seen some which are made of wood used for making fresh pasta but never the stainless steel one attached. You can also see it being used in a video posted on youtube :
