Cheese Making Classes in NC

I really want to learn how to make cheese.  Does anyone in NC, Raleigh area, know of local classes?

Hello... I'm a "Noob" cheese maker also ...found that this site is very helpful New England Cheese making Still working on my cheese press and will try their "Raw Cheddar" as soon as possible... Regards Fred
