Peter Dixon teaching in Marin, CA!

For those who live in California, here is a great opportunity!!  Peter Dixon is coming to teach 2 separate classes in Marin!
January 6, and January 13/14 is a class in HACCP for food safety in cheese production for commercial producers (and wanna-be's).
January 16/17 is a two day course in cheesemaking with an emphasis on blue's and on rind management.
