Has anyone made mozzarella using kefir as starter?

I'm in the middle of one batch . I'll let you know how it goes.  I'm doing one gallon at a time. As per directions in David Asher's awesome book: "The Art of Natural Cheesemaking"
Anyone try this yet ?

No but I made a wonderful Gouda using his method.  It turned out fantastic, I have his cheddar almost ready for the cheese cave.
