Has anyone here ever made it , is it even possible ?

And if so , how did it turn out , I just love the stuff.

Looking for a make , if anyone has a link or their own I would love to have it.

There's another thread on here somewhere about it.  Seems it's some new thing a company came up with and the recipe is secret.

I think the thread Al mentioned might be the one I started a year or two ago.

Dubliner is an amazing cheddar-esque cheese! I remember reading somewhere that the cheesemaker that created the Dubliner admitted that they made a mistake one day while making cheddar. A year later, the mistake became the very first version of the Dubliner.  He also says that the Dubliner is not a cheddar. So I don't know if they skipped a step, cooked at the wrong temp, or simply added the wrong cultures while making cheddar.

Closest result I've found so far was Susan's findings and simply make a typical cheddar with Kazu.
