Looking to try making some goats' milk based cheeses. Could anyone recommend a supplier in South East England, ideally Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire.

Not sure what sort of quantity you are after.  If small quantities, most supermarkets do stock it.  Unfortunately pasteurised, and also probably homogenised as well. And its not cheap. In fact, why am I even suggesting it?

in terms of quality I'll settle for usable for cheese, I'm happy with pasteurised but l assume homogenised won't coagulate... I haven't found a supermarket alternative which isn't homogenised

Gregore

Yes homogenized will set a curd ,  I use it all the time .

There might be some useful contacts on here:  https://www.britishgoatsociety.com/services/contacts/.  I note that there is a Beds and Herts Goat Society.

The only goat farm I know in the area is Wobbly Bottom (Hitchin). They make cheese; don't know if they would supply you with milk.

Wobbly bottom make great cheese, we buy them at our local market, but never seen milk on the stall, I'll ask next time I see them
