Blue cheese mold

Can I use this mould to make blue cheese, it is 5 inches high and 10 inches across, im guessing 6lb mould any help here

Sure you can. It looks like a Blue Cheese mold. There are Blues that press under there own weight like Roquefort and Gorgonzola. Nice size!
