I'm from Michigan, some of my hobbies are homebrew, wine making and soap making. I have been reading about cheese making and really want to try it.

So what cheeses have you tried so far?

welcome again whichwhey. Have you actually gotten around to making any cheese yet? I would suggest that you start with the soft cheeses as they are technically less demanding and require fewer ingredients and gadgets. They also give you faster products so that you will have something to taste sooner. We all like instant or quick gratification right?

I haven't made any yet, but I can't wait to get making. I'm sure I should read, read, and read before making any.

No I have been reading about cheese making and I wasthinking the same thing about making a soft cheese.
