Review: USA Made, Karoun Dairies' Indian Style Gopi Brand Yogurt

Bought this Karoun Dairies Inc.'s Gopi brand Indian style unflavored yogurt 2 weeks ago to use as starter culture in making my own yogurt. Just opened package and tried some.

In summary, nice less solid consistency yogurt as no viscisifiers, as container says, no gelatin, no starch, no gum, no gluten.

Flavour is lighter than the more Arabic style yogurts. Actually very similar to my normal make with just powdered milk added to 2% milk.
