WTB: (that's What To Buy?) Cheese Knife

Surely there are some general tips on how to cut cheese here.

I can see some equipment boards here, but nothing about the cutting and serving of cheese. What are the tips? Is there some special equipment that make handling (cutting, etc) your cheese easier?
