USA, Oregon - Pholia Farm Creamery Cheesemaking Classes

I hope this is the right thread to post these on, we here at Pholia Farm Creamery, have a couple of cheesemaking classes coming up.  A beginning soft, fresh class Sat Jan 8th and an intermediate class for aged, pressed cheeses on Feb 19th.  These are hands on and include lunch.  Prices are on our website (and more details) www.pholiafarm.com but are 80-90 (depending on class) per person.  We send cheese home with you, when possible, and give a full tour of our off-grid farmstead creamery.
