I have purchased numerous product from Mad Millie, I love their cheesemaking kits, so easy to follow and can achieve great results. I attended one of their cheese making demonstrations too, so informative and entertaining. Yes I agree, a very nice product to use.  Got a kit from my son after I made my own flavoured jalapeno & lime halloumi. 
Also my local Brewer's World is well stocked in this product and anything in this range can be couriered over night if they don't have it.  That's convenient!
