I just wanted to start off by saying hello to everyone. Based out of Pittsburgh PA, I'm a lover of cheese, Italian cheeses to be exact. I help to run the Penn Mac store and we go through a ton of Italian Cheeses, which is one of our specialties. So I thought it would be fitting to jump on a forum with like minded cheese lovers.
