Sorry, it was a jarlsberg type according to my notes..... I guess that is pretty much the same.https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,11305.msg102805.html#msg102805 The title of the posting is "Mesophillic Jarlsberg" tasting update if my link attempt did not work.
I did use 1/8 tsp PS rather than 1/16 on the next make which did not make holes as well...
