Are there any suggestions for rounded edge cheese molds that handle 2 and 4 gallon washed curd makes?

Need way more info.  Rounded as in a ball?  Rounded as in a flat round.  If you want to make a ball use a steeping bag, used to make beer, as it will stretch and hold 2-4 pounds of curd.  You can drain in this and then let it form your cheese as long as you don't want to press it.  You could twist the end to compact it some.  You can buy them for about 50 cents from any brewing supply store.

Thanks Al, I like that idea.  Wonder if it would work for a Monterrey Jack or something with minimal weight.

I was thinking flat round I guess ... something similar to the attached pic...

Google "Kadova molds" -- their Gouda molds come in 3-4 lb. and larger sizes. (They also have baby Gouda sizes.) Be prepared for sticker shock ... :)
