Hi all-

If there's a thread on this already, I apologize. I can't find it after searching.

Is anyone using an easy method for embossing lot or batch # on their wheels?

Thank you as always,

-Emi

I have seen posts about it before but have not been able to locate it.
I tried searching stamping, embossing, marking etc

Apologies to revive a dead thread, but as far as marking of cheese have you considered stamping? If you were to apply another layer or two on a wheel you could get letter punches (the steel ones), give it a bit of heat and apply. The trick would be using VERY minimal pressure so as to not breach the wax and hit the cheese. Depending on the pliability of the wax you may not even need heat, just a gentle press.
