Hi there! I make fresh cheese curds and I'm thinking about ordering this type of mill.  I am wondering if anyone has used one and how they like it.  I'm at a scale where cutting curd by hand is taking far too long!!  If anyone can direct me to where I might find a video of this type of mill in action, I'd love to see that!

Great little machine. We use one just like it in our shop. Just put a chunk of cheese (curds) in and pull the handle.

How does it work? is it like a potato cutter for French fries?

I saw this yesterday.  I think is like the one in the picture.

I tried to go cheap one day and got a 'Starfrit' French fry cutter... Failed miserably... Curd mass just mushed up against the cutting blades... Firm as they were, they didn't pass the blades with any success

Yes, more or less, but a LOT more power and volume. I got mine from Margaret at Glengarry Cheesemaking Great service.
