FINALLY! Mozzarella Di Bufala (Buffalo mozzarella)

Done making em..FINALLY.. after countless failure (4 times) I've finally did it..
Turns out Buffalo milk ripens pretty fast .. I don't the scientific reason for it but it ripened about an hour faster than normal cow's milk.
Gotta write it down on me journal



These are the buffalo that produced me excellent milk  :-*

Scientific name : Bubalus bubalis

Breed : Niliravi










They're grass fed, grazing grass/plants within the palm estate

P.S : Sorry for the bright pictures... it's blazing hot when I took it

yeah it took me several times to know what went wrong..

the taste is waay different than cow's milk .. i have to admit

Looking very good. What recipe you used? I tried 4 times Gavin Webber 30 min recipe and failed 4 times. Let me know. thanks in advance.
