Hi!  I joined this forum to get help with my cheese!  I've been making cheese sporadically for several years (didn't make much when baby was small) and I have had almost as many flops as successes.  I have 4 Jerseys that are mostly grass fed, currently milking two.  I like to make cheese for my household as a way to make use of extra milk!  Love the fresh Jersey milk!

Hi 4grits Welcome to the forum Lucky you to have access to wonderful raw milk! I'm a grocery-store milk gal unfortunately. I've had hits and misses too but I found so much help here!
