Hi All!
I live in the deep south of Canada (.......within 1/2 hour drive to the actual most southern point)
In 2020 I plan on starting to look for a homestead. We are living in a subdivision at the moment.
I currently rent my farm space and raise rabbits, meat chickens and turkey.
I have raised goats, but they were mostly just pets. (did not milk or make cheese)

My only cheese making experience has been a crappy ricotta.... but I'm looking forward to learning for my homesteading adventure in the future.

Thanks for letting me join!

Somewhere, some long time ago, milk decided to reach toward immortality... and to call itself cheese.

And here I always thought Washington State was Canada's deep south. LOL  Welcome!!

Hi Tricia,
Welcome to the forum! I've often wondered how to rent farm space. How were you able to locate a willing farmer? Good luck with your cheese making and feel free to ask questions.
Jim.
