You cannot replace or duplicate the capacity of this system for less that $5000.
This is a custom designed and built stainless steel cheese vat for mixing and inoculating between 5 and 15 gallons of milk, and then forming, heating and draining curd - all in the same vat - i have even cheddared in the vat.

Heat is supplied by a hose connection from your water heater that circulates in the kettle. Easily and quickly heats milk to 105 degrees - if you need 130 you just put a new thermostat in your water heater to permit 165 degree water.
To drain whey just operate the tilt with ease - collect whey and leave curds in the vat for further processing.
it is set on a dolly cart that rolls easy on smooth surfaces. also there is room for a 5 gallon water heater on the end - i had a dedicated one there but no longer have it. easier just to hose in from primary water heater.
Very heavy - i have a forklift here to place in your truck or trailer.
ALSO - custom Amish built cheese press - set up for six inch molds - pics are self explanatory. Secure to wall in the back so weights dont tip forward and ready to go. Note drain channels for whey and hooks on arm for weight.
