I love making cheese!

Nice smile Mike. It does look like you are having fun. Gets me to wondering how you clean those plastic bottle and how you strain your milk into them.

That's one happy fromager...

gettin his cheese on.  Oh yea.

Outwardly, I show the serious game face, but I'm all Klaatu on the inside when the curds start getting squeeky.

Thanks.  I actually made that cheese the day before--I was leaving for a week and had to use up all my milk plus some from a friend.
I use glass bottles.  They use the plastic--it just happens that my buddy took that photo while he was waiting for me to empty out his plastic bottles. Apparently they use them two or three times--washing them each time in hot soapy water.  After that they discard them.   As to straining.  I have a filter than just fits inside a funnel that I perch atop my half-gallon glass bottles.  Easy Peasy.

Thanks Curd...
Always happy to be making cheese.  That was a 6 1/2 gallon make.
