2 months old today, we could wait no longer to try our first Gouda....



It can see !!!!.... Our first cheese with eyes !!!!

We were absolutely delighted with the taste.... Moist, smooth, creamy and a bit buttery, tasted better than the store bought Gouda we had for comparison, and with a nicer aroma.... The MM 100 Culture did exactly what it was supposed to.... .... This is definitely going to be a repeat....

That annoyed me too for a little while, Rachel, as I didn't know what people were talking about. You just need to post a bit more (5 times total), then you will see a [Thumbs Up] clickable under the poster's name in the left side of the screen. Click on it and their number of cheeses will go up by 1

Looks great! A real success I would say
