Neglected tomme - beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

Okay, lovely actually! Very creamy flexible paste with lingering flavor. Taste is a bit nutty and sweet. The rind on this one needs to be removed however!! This was made 3 months ago, and largely neglected due to other commitments. Humidity ran about 95%.
