Hello to all!


I'm just starting in the great world of making cheese. Right now mostly I've done several horrible experiments resulting in misterious tastes and flavours. After that, now I want to do this more serious and finally get some real cheese. It can't be soooo dificult!! (I hope jeje)

Sorry if I make some grammar mistakes English is not my lenguage  ;)
