I am a home cheesemaker in Canberra. I so far made feta, halloumi, farm house cheddar, mascarpone, cream cheese, ricotta, emmental and gruyere. This weekend I am trying Blue Vein.

Welcom Gürkan. Some interesting infomation. What is the white cheese you have pictured with figs in it? Looks very interesting.

Those pictures on the Facebook page in the album "Cheeses" are not mine, another friend sent it to me. I am not sure what cheese is that, the one with the fig, may be feta or something like Caerphilly?
