Hi folks.
It's been a few years and am getting back into cheese making.  Basically starting all over again and relearning.

What is the difference between these starter cultures?
# Abiasa's Mesophile Aromatic Type B
# Abiasa's Mesophile Type II
# Abiasa's Mesophile Type III

Morning Brian, welcome to the forum and great to hear you are taking up this artisan craft again.

I built a webpage listing the different Manufactured Cultures I could find here. OK so that just lists the ingredients of each product, but if you look in the Glossary here then you can see what each one is as some common uses that I could find.
