Gee I don't know who makes the best cheddar in Wisconsin but I will do my best to find out. Leaving for Wisconsin tomorrow after work! Should get there by Friday. Are you in Wisconsin? I'm headed for Nekoosa.

Your welcome. They have a nice store with a window you can watch them made cheese in three vats. I had vat envy bad!
